MPSSAA Minds in Motion Scholarship
The MPSSAA conducts an annual Minds in Motion Scholar-Athlete scholarship program. The scholarship began in 2008 and recognizes a select group of senior student-athletes who excelled on the playing field and in the classroom. Selected male and female recipients receive a $1,000 scholarship. Â
The following Bears have been recipients of the scholarship.

CMC Senior Scholar Award
The Central Maryland Conference (CMC) recognizes senior student-athletes for their excellence in the classroom over the course of their high school career. These individuals have earned a 3.50 unweighted GPA or greater while earning at least two varsity letters.
MPSSAA Minds in Motion Award
The MPSSAA honors student-athletes following each athletic season to celebrate excellence in the classroom. Student-athletes must receive a 3.25 unweighted GPA or greater during their athletic season to be recognized. Oakdale recipients of the award are listed below.
