Girls Swimming Wins County Championship

The Bears had a successful day on Saturday as the Girls Swimming & Diving team won the 2026 FCPS County Championship while the boys took second place.  This was the girls 5th championship in program history and second in the past three years.

The Bears won individual county championships in eleven events and set two county records.  Mikayla Green broke the county record in the 200 yd freestyle and the girls 400 yd freestyle relay consisting of Mikayla Green, Baylee Corden, Carly Jacobs, and Margo Full shattered the county record by over four seconds.
